About

A brokerage run by a lawyer, for the sales that need one nearby.

Skydance Realty was founded to serve a specific gap: property that has to be sold because of a legal process, handled by someone who understands the process.

The principal

[Principal Name]

Placeholder biography. Replace the four paragraphs below with real history: where she practised, what kind of matters, when she took her real estate licence, and why she started the brokerage.

She practises law in Oklahoma and holds an Oklahoma real estate licence. The combination is unusual, and it is the reason this brokerage exists. Most agents encounter a probate sale or a decree-driven listing occasionally and learn it as they go. She started from the other direction — from the file.

That background changes the practical parts of the job. It means reading an order authorising sale and knowing what it permits. It means recognising when a personal representative’s duty to the estate cuts against the fastest offer. It means understanding that a hearing date is a hard constraint, and building a marketing calendar backwards from it rather than hoping.

It also means knowing where the boundary sits. In any given transaction she is the broker, not the lawyer. She does not advise brokerage clients on their legal position and she does not accept a commission from someone she is also representing as counsel. Referring attorneys keep their client; she sells the house.

Why Skydance

The name is about first light — the moment before a day resolves into whatever it is going to be. Most of our clients meet us at a difficult point: an estate, a separation, a co-ownership that stopped working. The house is rarely the hardest part of what they are dealing with. Our job is to make it the part they do not have to worry about.

Not a volume shop

We take a limited number of engagements at a time. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a marketing line: court-supervised sales require documentation, reporting and availability that do not scale past a certain point. If we cannot give a file the attention it needs, we will say so and suggest someone who can.

Areas served

Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, concentrated in Nichols Hills, Heritage Hills, Crown Heights, Mesta Park, Edgemere Park, Quail Creek, Gaillardia, Deer Creek and Edmond. We take probate and divorce engagements throughout Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland and Logan counties.

Next step

Tell us what the file looks like.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the constraints — the court date, the decree language, the co-owner who disagrees. Bring the complications.
