Referral partners

For family-law, probate and litigation counsel

You need the asset sold competently, the file documented, and no surprises that land back on your desk. This page sets out exactly what we do with a referred matter and what you can expect from us.

Why send us the house

Because the brokerage is owned by a licensed Oklahoma attorney, the conversation starts further along. We read orders. We understand what a personal representative’s duty constrains. We know a hearing date is not a soft target. You will not spend time explaining why the highest offer is not automatically the right one.

And because we keep the roles separate. Your client stays your client. We do not advise on the legal matter, we do not comment on strategy, and we do not accept engagements where we would be acting as both counsel and broker. That boundary protects your file as much as ours.

Matter types we take

  • Probate and intestate estate dispositions
  • Trust administration, including successor trustee sales
  • Divorce sales under decree or interim order
  • Partition actions and receiver-directed sales
  • Guardianship and conservatorship property
  • Entity-held and 1031 exchange property

A working session for your firm on what goes wrong in court-supervised sales and how decree language can prevent it. CLE accreditation not yet obtained — confirm before advertising as CLE.

Second-opinion review

Where a client is already listed elsewhere and it is not going well, we will review the pricing and exposure and tell you candidly whether the problem is the market or the marketing.

Send us the constraints, not just the address

The more we know at intake about the deadline, the parties and the friction, the more useful our first response will be. Nothing here is confidential-safe — please do not include privileged material in a web form.

Prefer to call? (405) 000-0000. Or email [email protected].

Referral compensation

Referral fee arrangements must comply with Oklahoma Bar rules on fee sharing and with real estate licensing law. Confirm the permissible structure with counsel and state it here explicitly before publication.

Please omit privileged or client-confidential detail.
